	Laurie Peirick, Kitchen Designer With a background in commercial art and design, Laurie found her calling in the kitchen in 1997. Since becoming a kitchen designer, she has created many beautiful kitchens and raving fans in the Lake Country Area. In addition, Laurie has received design recognition by the National Kitchen & Bath Association. br> Her works was featured on a cabinet manufacturer brochure - Sub-Zero/Wolf "Best of the Best" kitchen designer. Laurie’s customers appreciate her easygoing nature and her ability to keep complex projects (and contractors) on task. She prides herself in listening to her clients, problem solving and designing kitchens that exceed their expectations.
	Aaron Peirick, Lead Carpenter with AA Design/Build LLC Aaron has been turning Laurie’s ideas into reality since they started designing and building furniture together while Aaron was in the Marine Corps. He fabricated and installed cabinets at Hensen Mfg. in Sun Prairie before he went out on his own in 1998, when Laurie complained about not being able to find carpenters who cared. He prides himself on extreme attention to detail and treats all projects as if they were his own. He is a perfectionist and true craftsman. To Aaron, “good enough” is NEVER good enough!
	Jess Kruse, Interior Designer/Kitchen Designer with Just Perfect Designs Jess has a degree in interior design and loves intricate details and designing kitchens, from start to finish. "I really enjoy putting the whole picture together," says Jess. "The kitchen is really the heart of your home, and it's important to create a good flow and a great look." Jess is also a Sub-Zero/Wolf "Best of the Best Kitchen Designer" "Jess knocks out socks off with the  detailing & complexity of her designs. Her Kitchens are drop dead gorgeous & works of art."
	Susan Thurn Smith, Interior Decorator with Local Color Susan assists JP clients with design decisions so that the completed project is a cohesive expression of the client's personal style. Combining the right mix of textiles, counter materials, tile and color is her expertise. Susan's collaborative approach to working with clients makes what could be an overwhelming and confusing task, an enjoyable experience.
	Jon Lestina, General Contractor/Kitchen Designer of Jon Lestina Company, LLC Jon’s specialty is providing cabinet design and sales for small contractors and their clients. In addition, he brings a wealth of knowledge in construction management. From finishing basements, media rooms, additions, and kitchen and bath remodels he has a knack for coordinating his projects to run smoothly, efficiently and on budget.
	Kristy Bates, Office Manager Kristy is the newest addition to our staff. She's the friendly voice who answers the phone. She's funny, light hearted and her strong suit is "in the details". She keeps all the paper work and books in order.
